WIZO AND WELFARE MINISTER SERVED WITH LAWSUIT FOR CHILD TRAFFICKING IN ISRAEL
There have been a flurry of lawsuits opened in the USA by Israeli citizens recently. One such lawsuit which has now been accepted by the District Court in Oklahoma is from the Collins family in Israel who are fighting for the return of twin daughters (aged 10), who have been held against their will for over 2 years.
A staunch zionist, the grandmother was instrumental in forming legislation against trafficking of women many years ago. Now, reluctantly, the family have had no option but to file a lawsuit against individuals in the State of Israel to rescue the twins from the private institutions they are held in.
Whilst many thought this wouldn't pass the filing, the order is for a response to the plaintiff within 21 days. The $2 million lawsuit will no doubt be causing headaches in Israel. Marigold Collins, the mother of her twins is delighted in the progress so far and hopes only for the return of her children.
