Israeli journalist takes his own life, as civil and human rights violations escalate.
Today 10th March, Journalist and activist for equal rights, Gil Ronen was buried. Over 500 attended his funeral including Zehut Party Leader Moshe Feiglin.
He was a man of stature, known by many Knesset members, and often reviled by radical feminist groups when he spoke up for gender equality and against parental alienation.

For over 18 years Gil had campaigned for fairness in divorce and child access for fathers.
Hundreds of people came to show their respects.
Thousands of children young and old, suffer the loss of a father who has been destroyed by the system.
His name will be mentioned in a statement to the UN in Geneva on Monday 11th March.
As thousands of people in Israel are still shocked and grieving, the mood is also that his death will not be in vain, and changes will be made to achieve gender equality in family law.
