WORLD EXCLUSIVE - CIVIL LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST ISRAELI WELFARE MINISTER
WORLD EXCLUSIVE: BREAKING NEWS
GROUND BREAKING LAWSUIT LAUNCHED AGAINST ISRAEL WELFARE MINISTER AND SENIOR JUDGES FOR CHILD TRAFFICKING.
This week a major lawsuit was filed against The Welfare Minister Chaim Katz of Israel; Lynn Schusterman, Wizo, IFCJ; SOS Children's Village – USA, Judge Yitzhak Amit; Juddge Tova Peri, Judge Galit Mor Vigotski.
This civil action has arisen to sue against false solicitations from American donors to propel a booming industry of child trafficking and snatching children from their natural parents in Israel.
Marygold Collins, the British/Israeli mother of twins, has launched a major exposure and legal fight against American funding; corruption in the Israeli courts and the taking of children for enormous profits in private institutions.
The shocking revelations are in the lawsuit, following a two year battle to rescue their twin girls from the institutions which hold them. It is an unprecedented action, which may see a snowball effect in Israel as many more families are planning 'class actions' against different authorities and a flood of interest in filing either in the UN or the Hague for human rights violations.
The lawsuit, whether won or lost, will be a major blow to the State of Israel. Most of these facts are censored and the family with a major team did months and years of research to get the information. The file is full of references; news items; videos and statistics.
This is a bold move by the Collins family, who have spent their lives in limbo for the past two years, engaged in a 24/7 battle for the girls.
Marygold said “This is one of the best days of my life in the past two years, and we hope the American courts will realise the horrors happening to innocent Israeli parents and children. It can be done; other families here can fight. There is no need to fear. Nothing worse can happen than losing one's children.” A series of videos were made two weeks ago of the girls, and their plight.
As subpoenas are served in Israel and the USA, only time will tell if a flood of lawsuits will follow.
The full lawsuit will be published tomorrow.
