Lydia Wilkins is an NCTJ-qualified freelance journalist. She has contributed to a variety of publications, including The Independent, Disability Arts Online, The Brighton and Hove Independent, The Argus, and BN1 Magazine. She was also an online columnist for The Mid Sussex Times. Having been diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome two months prior to her sixteenth birthday, she decided to document what it’s like to be on the autistic spectrum via her blog. Her heroes are Sir Harold Evans and Jacqueline Kennedy.
