Gaza strip in not only under siege since 2007, but it is under occupation since 1967. Since then, the living conditions were unbearable and the world just watching!!!

I think if Israel is going to bomb Palestine, then it should have to pay to have everything rebuilt where they attacked. They'd realize how expensive it is and how the real solution is to stop attacking Palestine in the first place. I think the United Nations should enforce this payment plan. Or maybe the US can send money to rebuild Palestine if Israel refuses to pay to rebuild what they destroy.
