Cheryl has been exhumed
Cheryl James body was exhumed and a second post mortem examination has been carried out, the coroner will confirm tomorrow.
The teenage soldier was one of four to die at the Deepcut barracks in Surrey between 1995 and 2002.
She was discovered shot once in the head.
Bridget Dolan, counsel to the inquest into the death of Miss Cheryl James, said: "I can confirm His Honour Brian Barker QC agreed to the family's request and made an order for exhumation and for a further post-mortem examination to be conducted as part of the inquest he is conducting into the death of Miss James.
"Exhumation and reinterment have now been completed."
A pre inquest hearing at Woking tomorrow (September 10, 2015) is expected to confirm Home Office pathologist Nat Cary was in charge of the team which carried out the exhumation and second post mortem.
The family of Cheryl James appealed for the exhumation in a bid to uncover more clues about her death.
